2 Sierras charts at the same time

Hi

I paid last friday to be able to have 2 Sierra under the same account and have live data on both.
But one work well , the other do not receive live data.
What i have to do to make it work

Your account setup looks good, so you should be getting the real-time data for the CME Group to both systems.

Please get us the Message Log for the system on which you are not getting the real-time data by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

It start to work perfectly few hours after your answer.
But what i do not understand is that i made the payment the 23 th of august and now i need to renew again.
It mean that i had to pay 2 full denali for only 7 day s ?

Exchanges charge in full, for exchange fees, at any point in the month, they are activated in. So you would have to pay for August even if you activated it in the last day. You have to pay for September. 100% in full each month. Refer to:
