Hello, I'm not able to Flatten my open Position in my Instance. Can you gave me some advice? I don't have the Denali Feed activated, is that a possible reason? Kind Regards T |

What exactly is occurring when you try to flatten? How are you flattening? Are you able to see the open position in a chart, and are you flattening from the same chart? Using the Delayed Streaming Data with the Built-in Simulation Mode has no affect on the ability to flatten or not. It is definitely not related to this. Nothing is occurring... At 9:30 there is something like a lock. I don't see anything. I Flatten my Positions from the Trade Window which is attached to the Chart. Today I could close my Trades... I thought at first the session time settings have an effect on it... I will continue to observe this behavior. If this Problem does not vanished or comes back I will do a reinstallation. Thanks for your effort. Do you have some knowledge about the DTC Protocol. I have one question which i would like to ask you directly. |

Do NOT reinstall the software. There is never a reason to do this. You may need to update occasionally, and you should, but never re-install. Refer to the following regarding updating: Software Download: Fast Update If you do see the problem again, you will want to look in your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is any information in there on why you are not able to flatten.
