Hello, I have Denali Level 12 and I am using DOM charts for trading. I received a ready-made chartbook with DOM charts from another user. The problem is that I cannot see the large limit orders as he does, and I don’t know what might be causing the issue. I will send you a screenshot from the chartbook he sent me.

What particular market data column are you referring to? Is this Bid/Ask Market Orders?

The images you are supplying are not making any sense to us. You show that you have the following columns in the first 3 columns: - Price - Bid Market Orders - Combined Bid/Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking But we are not seeing anything for Bid Market Orders (but this could be due to filtering) and we are not seeing anything for Pulling/Stacking. The Pulling/Stacking, in particular, is what is confusing, as you should have information showing for this. We really need to know what the column is that has the value you are wanting to see. It might be easiest for you to talk to the person you received the chartbook from in order to determine how they had it setup.
