Chart not updating during first minutes of market hours

Good afternoon: For the past few days my chart does not update prior to market open even though I have the app set up to start updating at 9:25am EST. The issue persists for minutes after market open unless I manually reconnect. Every time I reconnect manually the chart is updated but no further real time data is loaded. After a few attempts and repeating the same process, the app will finally start working correctly again. Please advise. Thank you!

We need to see your Message Log right after you have this occurrence where the data is not flowing. Do not reconnect, just wait a few minutes, then get us the Message Log by following these instructions:

I have attached two log files, first at 9:31am and the second at 10:05am. I did not attempt to connect manually.

You need to update your Sierra Chart to the latest version. Follow these instructions:

That worked, new version installed and it seems to be running just fine. I will use it for the next couple of days and get back in touch if the problem persists. Thanks for your assistance!
