Display Issue with Ladder Price in trading window

Hello, I am currently using a trial account with Sierra Chart. I noticed that I can only see the left half of the data in the trading window, but the right half with the light blue background showing the ladder prices is not visible. I've tried adjusting the window size and layout settings, but the issue persists. Could this be related to the limitations of the trial account, or is there something else I need to configure? We are not understanding this at all. The Trade Window is fully visible in the chart image you provided: can only see the left half of the data in the trading window,
What do you mean by ladder prices: the right half with the light blue background showing the ladder prices is not visible The Trade Window has no functionality to show any column of prices at all.
