Hello, I had position which was opened at price level 19834.25, with my TP level at 19942.75 .Then I have set my stop loss on BE when I was in profitable position, market moved down then but it never reached my SL level,the lowest it went was 19842.25 and this is true as I checked different platforms. So I need explanation why would my position get closed when it was nowhere near my stop loss. This prevented me from making around 200 dollars as it would have hit my TP level. You are looking at a chart of F.US.ENQU24, but trading the symbol F.US.MNQU24. You need to look at the actual data for F.US.MNQU24. Also, look at your "Trade Activity Log" to see what actually occurred by reviewing the orders and the series of what led to closing that position.
