When in a Day VWAP or Market profile screen, I'm finding the use of the Chart Value/crosshair curser very counter productive because the price field is blocked out by a solid black bar and so too is the Time & date field. I guess its to do with these fields being black fonts on a white background and the crosshair has a black background, so a black font on a black background becomes unreadable. But how do I change this? I've tried Graphic Settings/Global but that just changed the colour on the main Sierra screen, so not very Global and indeed only changed the crosshair colour anyway, not the information window background colour. I know this is only a small thing to anyone who knows their way around this maze, but I'm afraid I dont. |

Thanks for that info John, I clicked the link you gave and have gone into Tools>>Tool Settings>>Chart Values and I can confirm that, Show Y Values and Time Boxes, is set to Yes and always has been. I will admit I could not navigate to Chart Values from General Settings so maybe I'm still looking in the wrong place. Then I noticed that your Link is worded, Graphics Settings>>Chart Values>>Color of the Price & Time Boxes. So I looked via Global Settings>>Graphic Settings and I found on the drop down menu, Chart Values: Color of the Price and Time Boxes, which I changed here to Yellow. This did indeed work on the main Sierra Chart screen, so they are readable with a Yellow background but they were always readable with the default white background anyway. So thinking I had cracked it, I went to my Market Profile screen, only to find that the Price and Time fields are still black and therefore unreadable, as is the VWAP screen. I still need help mate, sorry and all that but I am trying, just not very successfully. Cam |

Keep in mind that Graphics Settings can be set globally or per chart. It sounds like you have some charts that are set to use their own graphics settings, in which case you need to change the colors for those charts by selecting "Chart >> Graphics Settings".
