Yes, the "Use Global graphic settings instead of these settings" is unchecked. Yes, the "Last Price Trade Box" is enabled. Why isn't it changing colors as the price changes colors? |

What exactly do you want it to do?

When price goes up, would like the last trade price box to turn “green” and when it goes down, I would think the last trade box will o go “red”. Currently, it does not change colors as the price moves. |

There is no support for this exact option you want. There is an option to color the Last Trade Box based on whether the last trade is at the Bid or the Ask. Refer to the Graphics Setting and the three below it at the following link: Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Chart DOM Last Price Text Bid Trade For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I’m not sure if you read the original message and also looked at the screenshot I attached. What you’re advising is exactly my problem: the last trade price only shows one color and does not change as price changes. In this case (see attached png of original post) Last Price is enabled with a color of white. When it is unchecked, there is no color box. There is a problem in the software that doesn’t change the box as price changes. I can’t be the only user to notice this glitch in the software…am I? |

We do not have an option to change the color based on price changes. What you are stating about the Last Trade Price Box is correct. You have set it to white in the Graphics Settings, therefore it will be white. If you uncheck the option for "Enable" then there will not be a highlighted box in the Price Ladder. This is all correct functioning. As we mentioned above, there are options for changing the color based on whether the last trade is a Bid Trade or an Ask Trade. Refer to the link we gave in Post #4. You need to Enable those options in order to have them take affect in the DOM.
