Problems with "show order fill"

Hi SC When my order gets filled or not, it normally shows under "show order fills" and gets reset when day is over. But now Sierra Chart thinks that I have kept the order over night at just wanted to get filled now. The problems i consistant and for 5 days now the problem is still there. Profit for the day in trading windows is also totally wrong because of that! It started on the 12/8 after the day there was problems with Rithmic connection. I tried to reinstall current version of SC but dident help...! BEst regards Danni |

First, check with your broker and ensure that the order is not actually present in the market. If it is, then take the appropriate action through your broker. Its not present! If you look at the picture you can see the Green fill-lines start from the day before. I dont have any orders overnight ever! Se the trade activity window i went short 20-08-2024 at 10:15:05 and sold short by pressing the "flatten" button at 10:15:25. But is figures like i just sold a buy order from the day before...!?!? Some thing is wrong at somehow messing up the fill lines...!! |
