My charts wont load up with 5, 15 and 1 M charts

Hi, I recently purchased Sierracharts for my futures trading. Charts for NQ 1M, 5M, 15M, 1HR, 4HR doesnt work or load at all. Only the historical Daily loads. Please help. Its been a nightmare really for me. Ultimately I would like to use a copy trader for my apex accounts with Sierra charts.

Our servers are showing that you are connecting to Rithmic. You are also not setup to get any real-time data from us, therefore you are getting the data from Rithmic. Are you getting any errors or messages regarding problems connecting to Rithmic? What is the symbol for one chart for which you are having an issue? Its for NQu4.cme Its not showing any intraday data graphs.

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about one symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is.
