Hello Team, I notice every time I change chart interval timeframe, it would reset/clear the time and sales data. Is there anyway to stop this behavior? Regards, |

We are not seeing this. Are you using something other than the "Time and Sales Window" to view the Time and Sales data?

I thought there is only one way to access T&S window and is through Chart>Open Time & Sales Window and it would open a brand new separate window. But anyway it's fine, I can deal with this as I have multiple chart but trust me it does reset and clear data upon changing intervals.

Please give us an example of the time frames you are changing between and how you are doing it. What is the process you are following that causes this to occur?
