I just renewed my services, but my charts arent working, the green box at the top of the dom chart has numbers in it that are changing, but the dom and volume and candlestick charts arent working

Everything on your account looks good, so there is no reason for you to not be getting real-time data for the "CME with Market Depth" which is the exchange you have active.
