Hi guys, I have 2 instances running sierra (second one started with File->New Instance), the first being for my DOMs
the second for footpring + TPO + volume profile + 1 min chart. Ideally I would like the second instance to use opengl and leave the whole CPU for my first instance.

I tried ticking the box in Global Settings -> Graphics Settings and restarted Sierra Chart, but when I go to settings the box is unticked and nothing has changed. I tried changing the setting to both instances and then restarting, but to no effect.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong here ?

All the best

If the option for OpenGL is not staying selected, then this would mean that your graphics card does not have support for OpenGL.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Do you have the option selected to always copy configuration files to new instances when started? I recall there was some setting to keep the configuration in sync between instances that caused me more harm than good...

thank you that worked, I had the option to sync settings between the two instances.

All the best, we can close this one.
