Have disabled Simulated Trade Mode multiple times, then entered a trade in the live Trade Window only to be taken back to the Simulated trade window each time. My account is properly funded. Please advise

This means that you are not connected to your live trading account per the settings in the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". What trading service are you using so we can point you to the proper instructions?
