Footprint chart not updating

Hello I recently wanted to duplicate my chart so I could see the same symbol in the 5 and the 1 minute timeframe, (followed the FILE-->NEW INSTANCE and copied my footprint chart to a new window) however after I duplicated my chart and conncected my laptop to a monitor I noticed that my charts stopped updating. I tried doing eveeything on your website that I could find, from 3.4 (not recieving real time data from a data feed) to 3.9 (options that disable chart updating). Every single time I recconect my feed it updates my chart yes, but it doesnt continue to give me data, say it will update it to the current time and price but then completely stop moving/updating (currently viewing ESU 24 CME futures). Please help.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is.
