Question on copied limit orders

Hi there, I am using the Sierra Chart trade Copier. I normally only trade using market orders and here everything worked fine.. Yesterday for the first time really i was using limit orders because i was not at my laptop. On my main account that shall copy the trades to other accounts, the order was executed correctly but with my other accounts i was deep in red. Reason was that apparently the limit order was never copied to the other accounts.. I checked again today on the dom and i could verify that the imit orders do not show neither on the chart nor on the dom when I switch to a different account. Everything works normal for market order. I couldnt really find any hint in the other support threads so maybe you could point me into a possible direction. |

All orders are going to be allocated to other accounts if the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts is properly configured from the chart you are trading from: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts You need to look at the Trade Activity Log for what has happened in to see if the order allocation occurred: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
