You can customize the Chart Header and add an item named "Data Delay". This will show as "DD:" in the chart header followed by the amount of the delay. If you are getting delayed data for the CME Group, then this would show as 00:10:10, meaning 10 minutes and 10 seconds of delay. Other exchanges that are delayed would be 15 minutes. Refer to the following: Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Header - Standard (Global Settings menu) Note that the actual amount you see may vary depending on how different your computer clock is from the standard. So if you see a few seconds, or even a few minutes, then this would imply that your computer clock is off.
