Hi there, my account with top step is live ive followed their instructions but its not working what i have to do more? |

Connection Instructions Download the latest version of Sierra Chart. Install the platform and log into your Sierra Chart account when prompted. This account is the one you created on the Sierra Chart website. Once logged in to the platform go to File > Data/Trade Service Settings Under Current Selected Service (List) select Rithmic Direct - DTC [trading] from the drop-down and click A to apply. Under Server (List) select TopstepTrader-Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated from the drop-down and click A to apply. If you do not live in the United States, please select the server that is closest to you. (If you are using an older device we recommend selecting TopstepTrader-Chicago Area-Aggregated). What exactly is the problem you are having connecting? If you are getting an error, then we need to know what it states. Also, you have activated the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing, so you are not yet able to get the real-time data. Trading accounts from funding evaluator services like Top Step Trader, Earn 2 Trade, One Up Trader, LeeLoo, UProfit, and other trading evaluator accounts, do not qualify to use the CME reduced price nonprofessional exchange fees. i dont understand, when i paid for my TOPSTEP account, ive choosed your platform to trade how is this possible? |

These are the rules set by the CME Group. They require that you have a personal account that is funded in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Prop Firms do not count towards this requirement.
