I can't connect on Teton, All Service is fine

Hi, It is Sunday and thought I would look at charts. I can log on just fine with 'all service' but my Teton stays at yellow and says a 'secondary instance' is not allowing connection to the server. Yes, I have a secondary instance on this feed(though I haven't logged on to it in weeks). Please see attached pop-up. What do I do to correct this? I tried disconnecting from the data feed and reconnecting. Nothing happened. I can't trade on Monday until you help me fix this... thank you for your time. Karen |

here is trade service settings. I have done nothing to any setting since logging off on Friday.
