Hi,

I use the 2661 version.

Let's say we have two charts, #1 and #2 and Global Cursor On is activated.

When a Control Bar is anchored to the top of the chart #1, if I left click on chart #2 to use the Chart Value Tool, the cursor is not transfered to chart #1.

This bug only happens when chart #1 and #2 don't use the same symbol.
The bug dissapear when the Control Bar is anchored to the left, right or bottom, or is deleted.

This does not really make technical sense to us. Really could not be an issue as described. There must be some other cause.

I created a new chartbook to make sure the bug wasn't caused by my own custom chartbook.
Here is a short clip to show the bug :

We are not able to reproduce this. Please get us a Chartbook that has this occurring for you and we will see if we can reproduce it with your chartbook. Follow these instructions to get us the chartbook, only you will need to have 2 charts, not just 1:

Here is the chartbook you asked.

Chart #1 has no Control Bar activated.
Chart #2 has one Control Bar activated, anchored to the top.
When I click on the chart #2 (ESU24), I can see the crosshair being transfered to chart #1 (NQU24).
When I click on the chart #1, I can see no crosshair on Chart #2.

I have two instances of Sierrachart and tested the same chartbook on both... same problem.

But weirdly enough, if I remove the Control Bar from chart #2 and add a Control Bar to chart #1, there is no more bug. The cursor is correctly transfered between the charts.

We see the reason for the problem. We will resolve this in the next release. It has to do with coordinates and different symbols between the charts.
