There is nothing wrong with this. It just shows that there are large Market Depth volumes that track the charts. This is normal, as people are putting their Targets and Stops above/below the current price.

You can see the same effect, it is just more pronounced due to the settings you have. What you are seeing is due to the settings for the Market Depth Historical Graph. In particular look at the items related to the Maximum Value to color.
