Hello support, When highlighting value area, and using separate colors for bidvolume askvolume coloring for bars within and outside the value area, the bidvolume and askvolume colors in SG6 shows an outline "through" the colors set for SG20. The value area bars are outlined by the colors set in SG6. This is not my intended effect, and I cant figure out what im missing in the settings thank you for your time Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-07-28 23:37:14

The colors for Subgraph 20, definitely overlay the colors for Subgraph 6. The outline color is controlled by Subgraph 8 (First color) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. yes i see that they overlay, but i am seeing horizontal lines on the value area bars reflecting the colors set in SG6 the issue becomes as the price scale is compressed, the colors set in SG20 completely dissapear I have "draw outline when coloring bid volume and ask volume" set to no another way of saying it, the value area bid ask volume coloring height isnt tall (thick) enough to cover the full bar, so the SG6 colors appear as horizontal lines Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-07-29 00:03:41

We can only recommend at this point to increase the Ticks Per Volume Bar setting, so they are wider: Volume By Price Study: Ticks Per Volume Bar For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
