You are running an older version of Sierra Chart and you need to update. Instructions to update:

The reason you're getting delayed data is because:

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

I updated to the latest Version 12 and verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account but still facing the same issue.

Your "Verified Until" date the CME Non-Professional status is showing as "2024-06-01", so this is expired. You need to connect again to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to update this date.

I am connecting to SC Data - All Services and my broker is Tradovate.

"SC Data - All Services" is not a valid trading service. That is our service to connect to when you do not have a trading account. So this will not do anything to update your "Verified Until" date.

Tradovate does not allow for connectivity with Sierra Chart, so you can not use them to verify your "non-professional" standing. This has been this way for a long time.

We see that you made a connection to a valid trading service on May 2, 2024. It could not have been Tradovate that you connected to at that time, as you can not connect to Tradovate with Sierra Chart. What broker/trading service were you using at that time?

I have not done any changes. How should I find / I also have account with TD Ameritrade (now changed to Schwab) and Fidelity. May be one of them.

Sierra Chart does not interface to either TD Ameritrade (Schwab) or Fidelity. We have support for Interactive Brokers, or brokers that support CQG, Rithmic, or Teton for order routing.

You definitely connected to a valid account that Sierra Chart can connect to, on May 2, 2024. But we do not know what that account was. Nor is there any way for us to find out what it was.

All we can really do now is continue to move forward. If you do not have an account that qualifies for the CME Non-Professional requirement, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:
