I’m an interactive brokers client in canada looking to trade through Sierra chart. based upon some research, for depth of market and footprint charts it looks like I need package 11. My question is, does this include live trading or are there any other fees besides the package 11 cost that i must incur? thanks. |

This is correct. In particular, in order to get the Numbers Bars (footprints) charts. Refer to the package information at the following link: My question is, does this include live trading or are there any other fees besides the package 11 cost that i must incur?
The only other fee that might apply is for exchange fees. If you get the data from Interactive Brokers, then there is nothing else you need from us (Sierra Chart). But if you want to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to set this up and pay the exchange fees. exchange fees - you’re referring to the actually data package to receive the data to fill these charts? Also, I should’ve asked first. as a canadian interactive brokers client, am I able to trade live in sierra chart? it’s shows roughly $49/month for package 11, will this not have live data unless I buy the denali package? Just a little confused. |

We do not have any restrictions on this. We do not believe that Interactive Brokers does either, but we can not say for certain about them. it’s shows roughly $49/month for package 11, will this not have live data unless I buy the denali package? Just a little confused.
Package 11 costs $46.00 per month. You do not "buy" the Denali package, you just decide which exchanges you need the data for within our Denali Exchange Data Feed and setup (and pay for) those exchanges. You will find the pricing for the exchanges at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have an equal question to this. I use TOS for EFTs, and Ninja trader for Futures. Looking at package 11. Question is if I do not opt to use the brokers you have listed to obtain the lower price for CME exchange then you would be priced for the "CME, For professionals and users without a trading account"? And would this include the full group?

You are correct, if you do not have an account at a brokerage for which we have support (which does not include Schwab or Ninja Trader), then you would have to pay the Professional pricing for the CME Group data. In this case, we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the Professional exchange fees, there is not a "Full CME Group" option. The "CME For Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account" is just for the CME exchange, not the full CME Group. To get the entire CME Group, you would need to activate all 4 individual exchanges (CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX). Thank you John. Also under the page link below, is this required on top as well (non-prof or prof account)? https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedSTOCKS#ResultBox |

The "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange does not require that you have a live, funded trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. That requirement is ONLY for the CME Group data.
