Bulenox - Rithmic Direct-DTC Connectivity Issue - Permission Denied

I've followed these two articles to be able to use SC w/ Bulenox and I can connect using Ritmic Trader Pro with my Bulenox account and also have successfully connected using APEX accounts but for some reason unable to connect using Bulenox accounts.

The only information we can reference is the following:

It looks like you are getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. As such, you can also try to set the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" Username/Password fields on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" page to be blank. This can help with the Permission Denied error.

Figured it out...it was my fault for using Bulenox as the server. Using Rithmic Paper Trading - Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated for the server fixed it for me.

I subscribed to CME Denali depth of market. I use SC service 11.
The very first time, do I have to connect to my live account before being able to connect to other prop firm (Leeloo, Bulenox..)?
Rithmic/CQG isn’t active on my live account yet.

With regards to the Permission Denied error, refer to the following:

Since you will be getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, one item that you can do that might help to resolve the Permission Denied error is to remove the entries for the Rithmic data Username and Password on the Data/Trade Service Settings window.

You do have to connect to your live account before you will be able to get the real-time data for any CME Group exchanges. You have not done this yet, as noted by your "Verified Until" date showing as "0000-00-00". Once you connect, this date will update to 30 days in the future and you will be "verified" for that time period. You will have to connect again prior to that date to update again, and so on.
