We do see that you paid $36.00 twice. But you have only activated package 5 for 1 month (31 days). The other $36.00 is in your Services Surplus balance. We recommend leaving the funds in your account, as they will be used to pay for future fees, the next one of which will be the renewal to Package 5 for one month on April 5, 2024. Otherwise, we can refund this to you, but we have a $5.00 processing fee for refunds, so you would only receive $31.00 back. Hello, I want to make payment for package 5 for the first time, but I still have some things that I,d like to verify before I go ahead. On that package would I have access to depth of market. Also, what differenciated this package from package 11 except from the external connectivity.

It depends on what you are looking for in terms of the "Depth of Market". All packages allow you to view the Market Depth data in the DOM. There is nothing special you need for this in terms of the package (you do need to have a data feed that includes the Market Depth data). But if you want to use the Historical Market Depth Data study, then this requires that you are on one of the "Advanced" packages. Also, if you want to view the "Market By Order" (MBO) data, then this requires that you are on the "Integrated Advanced" package and that you get your data with the Market Depth, from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following for this: Market By Order Data -- The difference between Package 5 (Base Advanced) and Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) is, as you state, the ability to use "external connectivity". So if you are wanting to connect to a trading account, or get real-time data (from anywhere, including our own Denali Exchange Data Feed) then you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. All of this is covered in the information at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
