New user here. I have Denali data feed, with CME and Nasdaq feeds paid for and activated with all agreements signed. When I click on a chart for a Nasdaq stock, such as TSLA, the price graph is stagnant. I'm wondering if I have to change my Data/Trade Service Settings? Right now it is set for Teton CME Order Routing. Related question: for trading ES, both live and sim, and monitoring stocks, what should my Data/Trade Services settings be? |

Since you are using the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, you need to enter the symbols with the suffix of -NQTV. So Tesla would be TSLA-NQTV. Refer to the Notes at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes Related question: for trading ES, both live and sim, and monitoring stocks, what should my Data/Trade Services settings be?
This should always be set to your trading service. In this case, since you are using the Teton Order Routing Service, it should be set to Teton CME Order Routing. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
