Hi i just renewed my membership today after some break and i got surprised that when i open a chart its just a blank black screen
I tried some tweaks earlier that day
And it worked but the charts are not to date ( the date on the charts are where the last time i used them 2023/01/18)
Can you help me fix this issue please

THE CHART ALSO DON T SHOW THE TIME AND PRICE SCALE AND YOU CANT T EVEN DRAW SOMETHING IN IT
ALSO THE MESSAGE LOG SAYS THAT ( CURRENTLY NO DATA IN FILE TO DISPLAY)
DESPITE I AM USING THE RIGHT FUTURES CONTRACT
CAN YOU NOW TELL WHAT THE ISSUE PLEASE

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

Or, in the case of a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow these instructions:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Set these two settings both to 186:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings)

After that:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
