Hi i just renewed my membership today after some break and i got surprised that when i open a chart its just a blank black screen I tried some tweaks earlier that day And it worked but the charts are not to date ( the date on the charts are where the last time i used them 2023/01/18) Can you help me fix this issue please This a reference image : https://ibb.co/37QXMKp Also the message log says “Currently no data in file to display" Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-02-19 20:25:27

Set these two settings both to 186: Data/Trade Service Settings: Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings) After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
