We would like for you to redownload the data starting from right before where the Heikin-Ashi start to look odd (around 12:00:00 on your chart). Refer to the instructions at the following link to do this: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. I could do that and send it to you but: Surprisingly, when I duplicated the chart to a new chartbook, it appears fine. So if I send to you the chart with a new chartbook it appears fine. How's that possible? Thank you |

There just is something about that chart that is not right. If duplicating the chart resolves the issue, then just continue forward with the new chart and remove the old one. If this comes up again, let us know.

You have multiple bars being displayed on the chart. One of your studies is causing the odd behavior you are getting. We do not know which one, as you have a lot of studies. You will need to go through them to figure out which is causing the issue by removing them one-by-one.
