Hello. I have a live account but am on SIM and I am recently experiencing a 10 min delay in the data. Solutions?

You are getting the delayed data since you have activated an exchange for a "Non-Professional Trading Account" but you have not verified your non-professional status by connecting to your live, funded, futures trading account within the past month. Therefore, you are no longer verified as non-professional.

You can view the date for which you are verified until at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

It looks like you may have an account with TransAct/Infinity. TransAct/Infinity stopped support for Sierra Chart about 6 months ago, so you can no longer use your TransAct/Infinity account to verify your non-professional standing any more.
