hello I activated a 15 days trial account today, but futures charts do not open, just a black screen. what is the problem and how to fix it? thanks |

You did not actually "activate" the trial. Therefore, you were on a limited version with access to only a few symbols. We have have set your account to be an "Activated Trial", so you now have access to all the symbols.
