I completed the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, entering the Clearing Firm and Account Number in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement but my account is still set as Professional for the CME group

Thank you for letting us know. We have taken care of removing the Professional notation for your account, so you are now listed as a Non-Professional. But, we want to point out that we noticed that you entered Tradovate as your Broker/FCM. Unfortunately, Tradovate is no longer allowing connections from Sierra Chart to their service. If you are not already setup, then you will not be able to use Tradovate to trade with, or to verify your non-professional status.
