Problem with Delta Volume Bars

I understand that several months ago a change was made that Sierra Chart has to be open for Delta Volume Bars to populate the chart with an AMP CQG feed. That has worked fine for me to leave my Sierra Charts open to keep the bars filled. However I closed my program this evening to work on a new laptop and when I reopen my desktop I don't have any data in my delta volume charts until I go back to Dec 8th. All recent data is gone and this evening it does not appear the Delta Volume bars are working at all. Has there been any other changes that would have caused this? I want to use Sierra Charts and I want to use AMP Futures. Is there a better way to make Sierra and AMP fit together? If not, does Sierra have a compatible relationship with another broker with similar margins and commissions that I could use in place of AMP? Thanks. |

Sierra Chart no longer is providing any support for CQG data for CME and EUREX. You need to use the Denali Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed You do not have to change brokers. There is no additional cost. Activate the exchange that you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed And then cancel exchange fees that you pay through your broker. After activating the exchange: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
