Hi I subscribed to charting number (3)three for 26 dollars but then realized there is no data feed. When I tried to update to number (11) eleven for 46 dollars, I have been charged for two systems. Can you Cancel Number (3) three And credit back to my credit the 26 dollars. Thank you Gary Haynes

There has not been charges for "two systems". If you look at your transaction log you will see that you have only been charged for the $26.00. When you changed your package we only adjusted the Usage Time for the difference in prices, so you have less Usage Time available now that you are on Package 11. The $46.00 you have paid is in your account under the Services Surplus to be used for upcoming fees.
