Replay date/time issue

Hello - Replay is not loading my futures chart to the date and time I enter. Regarding Data Limiting, I have Chart set to Use Number of Days to Load and with sufficient Days To Load for Intraday Chart Data Type populated. I have also reinstalled the program and went chart by chart using the single chart replay to try to diagnosis. I am using the correct symbol and have Continuous Futures Contract set. I've not been able to resolve the issue. In the rare instance where replay opens the correct date, the time of day is wrong and speeding forward. I have the time zone set correctly. I've used replay for about a year without issue. I can trade during live session without issue. Please advise. Thanks.

Rather than specifying a particular Date-Time on the Replay window scroll the chart back to where you want to replay it and start the replay. Refer to Step #4 at the following link:
Replaying Charts: Basic Chart Replay Instructions

That is the first step to understanding the cause of an issue like this.
