Replay problem

Hi, when I run market replay, the DOM works but my charts do not. I have made sure they are all intra day charts and have selected “All charts in chartbook” on the replay control panel. Also, when I press “play” it does not activate the stop button. Thanks for any insight. |

Keep in mind that if you are not using the Use Start Date-Time option on the Replay Control Panel then you need to scroll the chart back to where you want to start the replay from. Refer to Step #4 at the following link: Replaying Charts: Basic Chart Replay Instructions It sounds like you have not scrolled the chart back. The other thing we would like for you to try is to use the Use Start Date-Time and be sure to enter a starting Date/Time that exists within the chart data.
