System won't allow me to place a trade

I have AMP as my broker and CQG for order Routing. But, I'm logged in to Rithmic attempting to use my APEX funded account and evaluation accounts. I am successfully logged into RIthmic with my APEX credentials. I see all of my APEX accounts and receiving real time data from Denali Feed. But when I click on DOM to place a trade, bracket order pops up on the ladder for a split second and then disappears.

Do I need to be using Rithmic Order Routing thru my broker (AMP), instead of CQG, in order to trade the APEX accounts on Sierra Chart?

When you submit the order it sounds like it is rejected. We need the information from the Trade Service Log:

We are not familiar with this particular rejection message. The only thing we can think is that perhaps the lowercase 'm' at the beginning of the symbol is the cause of the issue. But APEX or Rithmic should be able to tell you what that means, as it is their message.
