Controls constant freezing, having to disconnect and reconnect.

Hi, My chart controls and buttons keep freezing, I have to disconnect and reconnect to get them to function again. I have had to this probably 20 times yesterday and today. I tried downloading the program again but same result. I have never had this happen before. I need to correct this, any ideas?

When you say freezing, is the user interface of Sierra Chart inoperable and in a frozen state? Or is it that charts are not updating?
