No data is shown for ESH23_FUT_CME between 12/20/2022 and now. Even after deleting all data and reloading, data is missing. It was OK till yesterday, but now even existing data is gone for above period. (SC version 2459). Any containment ? Tx. |

What is your Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Load Data Limiting Method set to? If it is set to Use Date Range, then what are the Date Range From and Date Range To set to on that same page? It is set to Number of Days. and it is 30 days currently. Issue is fixed now after deleting the data again and downloading the current symbol once more. Thanks for the prompt reply! |

Hi, I have the same problem and I tried every step from Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is No Data in the Chart When I tried deleting and redownloading the data, this is what I get in the message log Reloading all charts with filename: ESH23-CME.scid | 2023-01-13 05:29:30.454 ESH23-CME 1 Min #10 | Reloading chart. | 2023-01-13 05:29:30.662 ESH23-CME 1 Min #10 | Currently no data in file to display. I just had to wait longer to get the data and display (~2min) after last delete / reload try.
