Translating Symbols to Current Service IS NOT translating

Seems that I'm going through this same issue almost every month now and its beginning to become a bit frustrating.

I'm getting a Green connection data feed on the trading & charting platform, yet, I keep receiving a "Downloaded Failed. Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed.", Whenever I try to translate to current symbols and do the rollovers.

My problem is not seeing the correct symbols and the volume amount populate on the trading & charting platform.

My connection from Sierra Chart to my CQG account is correct.
I have the Advanced features of which Package 11 is the equivalent to give me the external connectivity and access to real-time data.
And, under "Available Services":

Denali Exchange Data Feed Service (Optional):

1.(Checked GREEN)- The Denali Data Feed is included with your current Service Package.

Denali Exchange Data Feed NASDAQ Exchange (Optional):

Sierra Chart version 2223 or higher required to use this data feed.

I really don't know what else to do. According to my knowledge it seems about right.

Your problem is that your exchanges did not automatically renew on January 1, 2023, so you are not setup to get the data from us. You need to make sure you have enough funds in your account and then reactivate the exchanges you want at the following link:
