The symbols are different for the different services being used. As such, you need to enter the commission for the particular symbol that you using at that time.

In other words, when you are using the symbol NQH23-CME, then you would have had to make the changes to the symbol for that particular symbol (which will be available when the Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services).

Also, in the image you provided, the selected symbol is for a Spread, not the NQ futures itself.

why do the symbols change if I switch between CQGwebapi and SC all services if I am using Denali?

Because each vendor has their own set of symbols they use. CQG is different from Rithmic, which is different from Interactive Brokers, which is different from us.

Denali is our data feed, not an order routing system. As such, we handle the translations between the various symbols used by the different vendors. So when you are connected to CQG, you are still using our Denali Feed, and when you are connected to SC Data - All Services, you are still using our Denali feed, but each connection uses a different symbology.

Whenever you change your Current Selected Service and select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings Window, you are presented with a question on whether you want to change your symbols or not. If you select Yes, then the symbols are changed for all open Chartbooks at that time.

If you do not do this, or if you need to change symbols for a different chartbook, or whatever the situation is, then you can select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to have the symbols updated for the current selected service.

the use case is simple, i need 1 location for data feed + order routing and 1 location for data feed only.
so 1st is connected as cqgamp and the other on SC data
and symbols are not the same.
do you think there is any solution so i will have the same symbols on both computers?

Sorry, but the symbols are different. This is not our doing - it is the various companies that have decided on symbols that are not using the standard exchange symbols. For example, CQG for the ES uses F.US.EP?##, where ? is the contract month and ## is the 2 digit year.
