Help Connecting to real time data

Hi, So I've talked to NinjaTrader, I have my username, password and the data provider. I'm running into an issue when I go to Data/Trade Service Settings in the drop down box. I don't see the provider, the data provider is Continuum. How do I connect my Ninjatrader Brokerage Trading Account with Sierra Charts if the data provider is not in the drop down box? Thanks, Cody |

You are not setting your connection up correctly. NinjaTrader should have you setup to use CQG for your Order Routing. As such, you would need to follow the instructions at the following link to connect to that account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You may need to have NinjaTrader setup your CQG account to allow a connection from Sierra Chart and they may charge you for this. Also - be aware that we do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. We see that you have setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange. Once you get connected to your CQG account you will be verified as a Non-Professional and start getting the real-time data from that exchange option. So I finally got a answer from NT, they said Sierra Charts doesn't support NT continuum. If I can not verity my NT account what are some other options on getting real time data?
