30mins in now and I still cannot work out how to just have Sierra download 7 days worth of data (including day) for my 1 min MES futures chart. Can anyone tell me what to do because it wants to spend hrs downloading data from way back in the 9th month Whilst this is a great tool sometimes its just unnecessarily complex and it drives me crazy Thanks! |

The problem relates to using Interactive Brokers. Tell us the exact symbol of the chart you are using at this time. The problem probably relates to this: *Important Notice*: Interactive Brokers Symbol Changes Select Edit >> Cancel Intraday Data Downloads. Make sure the symbol of the chart is correct and matches what the new symbol is in File >> Find Symbol. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
