Auto Flatten - how do I turn it off?

I don't know where this is set but this affects me in a negative way. I don't have any flatten settings yet somehow it still happens. Where else is this set? Sierra is connected to IBKR but this looks like Sierra initiates the flatten and sends market orders to flatten. Global Loss/Profit has everything turned off. It does this at UTC 00 - which was 7pm CST before DST, now its 6pm CST with DST.
