Hey, I am running SC on 2 instances. One to receive data, second one, connected via proxy to display charts. Suddenly my charts freezed, there is no data coming in as time and sales window is empty too. I cleared the log, diconnected, connected again and after 10 sec I copied log. Can you please advice? I am trying to get ESZ2.CME symbol on my chart. Hey, its not that I access data in a non standard way. I would say this is 100% basic setup. I expect to provide username and password for rithmic and I start to receive the data. Same way like 2 hours ago when everything was working. Weather I send received data via proxy to another instance is a completely different story. Below is a log from my main instance. What wonders me in above log is 'Notice: Not connected to Live trading account to receive CME realtime futures data at non-professional fees. | 2022-11-08 10:36:45.583' Is this message coming from your check or this is received from Rithmic itself? I do have a live trading account but now I do evaluation with LeeLoo. Hence I need to use rithmic. Thanks SC support ;) |

I tested my Rithmic user and receiving of the data on Ninjatrader. There everything works fine - I receive data. Issue therefore is on Sierra Chart side I assume. Please assist in resolving this issue. My SC instance is newest version, logs are available above. Thanks in advance! |

This is definitively nonstandard. We can only help you access market data in an instance of Sierra Chart connected to our own data feeds. Or if you are using a sub instance of Sierra Chart run through File >> New Instance. It is not possible to access market data from one instance of Sierra Chart into another instance, due to restrictions required by exchanges. We cannot help with Rithmic market data issues. We just simply do not do that. Hey Sierra Chart, I understand your Rithmic policy, but please dont tell me the way my setup is done is not standard. I have SC instance connected to a datafeed and if I have other instances connected to main one via DTC protocol or not its a completely different story. I did not receive data to my main instance, the one connected directly to a datafeed. Anyway, problem is gone after few hours. |
