Hello, how can I extend the BID/ASK values (resting orders) in the BID/ASK depth columns? I can see only the orders at the single current price level. Thank you

First update Sierra Chart to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

Make sure this option is enabled:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

And refer to:
File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels

I'm sorry but I checked all this instructions and it doesn't work.
I also cannot see the letter [M] in the Market depth chart. My current data/trade Service is Rithmic Direct - DTC. Could be that the problem?
Just to let you know, I have been for more than 30 days without connecting to the Service, but it seems to me that now this is not a problem as I can trade normally. Can you check that?

Go to one of the futures charts and select File >> Open Market Depth Window.

How many levels of market depth do you see there?
