I just activated my Sierra Chart account. I initially signed up for Denali 10, but I upgrade to Denali 11 about 30 minutes thereafter 1) How do I access footprints charting, TPO, and other related orderflow functionalities? 2) Why is my current data feed (I'm looking at ES) delayed? 3) Do I need anything else to add (activate a subscription)? My goal, for now, is to be able to chart ES futures and learn footprints charting TPO, and other related orderflow trading. Thank you! |

1. You need to add the appropriate studies for each of these. You will find instructions for the Numbers Bars (footprints) here: Numbers Bars: Step-By-Step Instructions And you will find the instructions for the TPO here: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: Basic Instructions You will find the list of all our studies and the links to their documentation at the following: Technical Studies Reference Also refer to the following for how to add a study (in general): Chart Studies: Adding/Modifying Chart Studies 2) Packages 10, 11, and 12 include the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee, but you still need to go through the Setup Instructions and activate (and pay for) the exchanges you want. The instructions for the CME Group data are at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* But, you need to understand that the CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect Sierra Chart to, in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you still want real-time data but you do not have a trading account (or one that qualifies as above), then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Otherwise, we recommend working with the Delayed Streaming data that we have available, as it acts, in all ways, the same as the real-time data, but it delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange) and it is free with any Sierra Chart package. Then when you are ready to start live trading, then you can activate the live data. If you do this, then you will also want to change your package to Package 5. 3) Nothing else apart from the above information. For Denali Exchange Data Feed -- just to confirm, the $46/mo only applies for the software access? For futures, I have to activate an exchange, which one if I intend to only trade futures using number bars, TPO, etc? Is it the "#4 CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" for $11/month? For funded futures trading account -- I have funded/active accounts with ToS and Charles Schwab. Does that qualify? Or do I need to open an account with another broker on your list? Thank you! |

Yes: Or do I need to open an account with another broker on your list? You only need to open an account with 100 USD.
