Volume Bar of Bid/Ask in Trading Dom not showing and there is no option in DOM setting. Played with all setting in Trading DOM Setting but cant get it. Check image.

Hi, i need help. I wanna open DOM for Bitcoin but it gets pretty messy. How to calibrate bid and ask and also volume for example (22300,22305,22310) and not to display for every(22300.1,22300.2,22300,3) like in the photo below? like cummulative bid,ask and volume for every 5 points( 22300, 22305,22310)
