Order Confirmations for Spreadsheet Trading?

I'm trying to make a semi-automated trading system where the orders would have to be confirmed by me when the signal is produced. Is this at all possible? I know that would not make it 'automated' anymore but it'd be a bit easier for me to click 'yes' versus processing the signal myself and then market buying or selling for example.

No, this is not supported for Spreadsheets. Although you can use ACSIL and set orders to be Held and then you can submit them from the Trade Orders Window list.
