No Chart Data with CQG

After my holidays (end of may until mid of june) my CQG Date connection is not working anymore with Sierra. I am getting 2 messages within my chart windows: 1.symbol unkown (same symbols are used as before ) and 2. download data failed. I updated my SC Version on 2280. I did no changes of login credentials in my CQG account... Sierra is working but can not interpete CQG feed anymore. It works with SD feed delayed. I heard that there were problems SC /CQG...? |

The implication from what you describe is that you are not setup to receive the CQG data. Check with your broker and ensure that your CQG data feed is enabled.
